Biography

About Wendy

Wendy studied textile design at Trent Polytehnic in Nottingham where she gained a first class (hons) degree. She was amongst 30 students nationwide chosen to take part in an exhibition at the design centre in Leicester square in London. As a result of this exhibition she was employed by a bond st studio designing fashion fabrics which were sold worldwide.

Having gained professional experience as a fabric designer, she decided to go freelance as a greeting card designer.

After almost 20 years designing greeting cards, she decided to branch out producing these large vibrant canvas paintings.

Initially Wendy produced a small collection, which due to demand has grown considerably. Her eye-catching paintings in oils & acrylics go particularly well in simple interiors, but can be individually produced to suit most colour schemes.
